Today what kids are learning academically may not be relevant 10 years from now. Being only academically focussed will not help much if they are not future ready, as they will not be able to cope up with the requirements of that time, a phenomenon that is commonly seen with the youth today. As they are not up-to-date and equipped to handle changing requirements, they end up with stress and frustration of not getting what they think they deserve.
